How we produce

 

THE DRIED.
 

Only the best meat from food production serves as the basis for our new dried meat snacks. Hand selected, fine cuts of meat are gently dried. In addition to conventional air drying, we particularly rely on highly modern vacuum and freeze-drying plants.
   
 

Whole pieces of fillet or small morsels: The dried snacks always consist of 100% pure meat.
